Through the whirlwind of change we’ve experienced over the past two years, the valuable role associations serve, not just in their industries, but across our entire society, has never been more clear. 2022 will demand sharp attention to meeting the needs of members, continued focus on diversity, equity and inclusion work, and sustained innovation. It’s challenging to know where to begin.
That’s why we invited Michelle Mason, CEO and President of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and Steven C.
