Hoffman teaches marketing at the University of Chicago and is an internationally sought-after speaker and trainer who is a trusted advisor to association leaders on engagement strategy.

Tony is well known throughout the association community as a keen observer, original thinker, and strategy specialist. He has developed hundreds of membership marketing programs for dozens of organizations and oversees many of MGI’s largest and most complex programs. A prolific writer and articulate speaker, he authors a blog and frequently contributes to a variety of marketing publications. He has also served as a contributing author for two ASAE books on membership.
